Alexander Sperber joined Lipsius-BenHaim Law in 2013. He has
extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, and has
represented clients in both state and federal courts across the
country. Mr. Sperber counsels clients on matters related to
commercial, general liability, and life insurance.
Prior to joining Lipsius-BenHaim Law, Mr. Sperber developed a broad background as a litigator at Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP. During his time at the firm, it was ranked by the National Law Journal as one of the nation's top 20 midsize firms. While there, his practice focused on contract disputes, business and financial litigation, insurance defense, and employment matters. He also advised clients on regulatory compliance, and defended clients against class action lawsuits and regulatory enforcement actions.
Mr. Sperber received his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 2010, where he was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award and served as a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2007.
Mr. Sperber is admitted to practice before the bars of both New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
